Extensive refurbishment and extensions to a house originally constructed in 1850’s, these works were undertaken for the homeowner.
The works comprised a full strip out and structural alterations, the roof was totally stripped and then re-covered, new windows and doors were installed throughout. A new kitchen and orangery extension complete with zinc roof was added. Several existing features were carefully restored, new modern mechanical & electrical services were installed throughout. Also, extensive external works were undertaken, including a large new raised terrace.
Set within extensive grounds in the Surrey Hills this eclectic house showcases beautiful period features and is testament to the client’s commitment to preserving it’s original character.
