St Mary’s Cottage
Shamley Green
The construction of a new build house and detached garage in Shamley Green which was carried out for the homeowner.
The client was keen to second fix and fit out himself. Our building team therefore built the structure, first fixed and plastered, then handed over to the client and his finishing team.
The construction process involved piled foundations, brick and block walls and solid concrete floors. Clay tiles were used for roof coverings and tile hanging. The detached garage includes living quarters above and was built using locally sourced natural stone.
The cottage is now a charming home, which nestles seamlessly into the Shamley Green countryside.
